Shipping and Returns
We offer shipping at flat rate,which means that the shipping cost is always 10 euro no matter what or how big your order is.
If the cigars are damaged during the transport, we will take full responsibility and either send You replacements or issue an refund.
In any case You do not have to send the damaged goods back.
Refunds
When buying expensive , fragile and collectible products in general and especially cigars,we recommend that You if you notice some outer damages to the package to make a short video of the entire process of opening the package.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
